Gregory's has been serving the people of Bishop Auckland since 1850. Originally established as a Butchers, the business 100 years later started to produce a wide range of pastries and cakes along with a fine range of cooked meats. The bakery became a focus in the town as did the famous Bishop Auckland Pork Dip.
Today the business is still providing the high standards with a wide range of products. The focus is still on the bakery, though you will also find a wide range of products in the delicatessen side of the business.
